Good extra virgin olive oil, like a fine wine, tells a story. It brightens everything it touches and changes the way a meal feels.

Ours comes from our family grove in Sabina, just outside Rome. We almost let it go. Then our grandmother died, and something shifted. We came back to find ancient trees with silver leaves shimmering in the sunlight, and an oil bold and peppery, bright green as spring grass.

The Romans already produced extra virgin olive oil from this land, calling it aurum liquidum, liquid gold, and poured it only at the finest feasts where relationships were made and life was lived at its best.

Our extra virgin olive oil carries that same ancient story.
